Šavorić & Partners Mia Lazić promoted to partner and head of Banking & Finance

Mia is the firm’s lead expert in banking and finance. She participated as a team leader in various cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition and real estate finance, project finance and refinancing projects, both for the lenders and sponsors as well as the borrowers. Her experience includes also advising both domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of insolvency and enforcement matters, as well as debt restructuring and sale of NPL portfolios, where she is focused on providing pragmatic and efficient solutions to the clients.

Mia deals also with general advice on banking regulatory framework and has extensive experience in project developments, especially in the energy sector. Mia completed a Master of Law and Business at Bucerius Law School and WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany.
