FIVE ACQUIRED BY ENDAVA

FIVE, a result driven digital agency delivering a full spectrum of services is acquired by Endava, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and headquartered in London/UK, working out of 33 offices in the United Kingdom, United States, European Union, Central European Countries and Latin America.

Croatian studio Pet Minuta and its U.S. subsidiary Five Minutes Studio was acquired for a quarter of a billion of kuna, or USD 40 million. This acquisition is the second largest exit in the domestic market, after the Swedish Stillfront Group acquired Nanobit last year for almost a billion kuna.

With this acquisition Endava increases its capacity in the ideation, design and delivery of intelligent digital experiences and enhances its capabilities in digital product strategy and performance optimization services.
