According to the readers’ choice of the journals Večernji list and Poslovni dnevnik, the businessmen of the year are Silvio and Roberto Kutić, and Izabel Jelenić from Infobip, while the jury chose the founders of Nanobit, Alan Sumina and Zoran Vučinić. Their sale of shares to the Swedish Stillfront is also Deal of the year in 2020. Representatives of the new wave of Croatian IT entrepreneurs and their successes are the absolute award winners, which was virtual for the first time due to the pandemic.

When it comes to this award, this is the year with a big turning point in the selection of the “most successful”. These are no longer companies that started in the former country or in the 90s. This is a year marked by those who started businesses with only two laptops, and today they have multinational companies with revenues of billions and are leaders of the Croatian economy.
