STUDENAC ACQUIRED DECENTIA

Congratulations to Studenac d.o.o. (Enterprise Investors) on another acquisition!

This time, we have successfully acted for Studenac d.o.o. in the acquisition of 36 retail stores from Decentia, one of Zagreb’s prominent retailors since 2001.

With this latest acquisition, Studenac d.o.o. strengthens its position as the country’s largest retailer by number of locations, continuing its strategic expansion through acquisitions in the proximity segment.
