ŠAVORIĆ & PARTNERS WON TWO “2022 DEAL OF THE YEAR” AWARDS BY CEE LEGAL MATTERS

Šavorić & Partners have achieved an incredible milestone by winning two CEE Legal Matters “Deal of the Year 2022” awards!

We are proud and happy to share that our hard work and dedication have paid off. One of our biggest deals in 2022, the “SoftBank and Goldman Sachs investment in Rimac Group” has been awarded the prestigious “Deal of the Year Award in Croatia 2022” at the CEE Legal Matters Awards Gala held in Istanbul . We could not be more excited!

But that is not all! We have also won the “Deal of the Year Award ” for our work in the “Allegro’s Acquisition of MallGroup and WeDo”. Originating from Poland, this transaction also had an interesting Croatian angle, this is a tremendous accomplishment and one of many we are incredibly proud of.
