ŠAVORIĆ & PARTNERS ARE SHORTLISTED FOR “2021 DEAL OF THE YEAR“

The transaction where Allegro acquired 100% of Mall Group and WE I DO CZ has been shortlisted for the CEE Legal Matters 2021 Deal of the Year. The acquired business comprises the e-commerce assets of Mall Group and the logistics assets of WE I DO based in Croatia as well.

To remind, Allegro, the most popular shopping platform in Poland and one of the world’s top ten e-commerce websites, acquired shares of Mall Group and WE I DO CZ from the selling shareholders PPF, EC Investments, and Rockaway Capital for EUR 881 million.

The Deal of the Year award is an annual celebration of those lawyers and law firms that have brought the deals that level up Central and Eastern Europe. Winners will be announced at the Annual CEELM Deals of the Year Banquet in London, April 2022, in conjunction with the Dealer’s Choice International Law Firm Summit.
