Šavorić & Partners organized student competition Big Deal (simulation of an M&A transaction)

Big Deal is a regional competition in commercial law and companies law designed for law school students in their fourth and fifth year of studies, organized by our TLA – Top-tier Legal Adriatic alliance in cooperation with law faculties in the region. Competition is a simulation of an M&A transaction and is conducted entirely in English. We are proud that students’ team of Faculty of Law in Zagreb: Hana Ivana Breitenfeld, Martin Hren, Hana Janiška and Marta Šarić, mentored by attorneys from our firm, won this competition and are true champions of Big Deal.
