Provectus Capital Partners’ sale of a stake in Arsano Medical Group Croatia

Šavorić & Partners advised Provectus Capital Partners on the sale of a 49% stake in Arsano Medical Group Croatia to Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d.

The transaction marks an important milestone in the continued development of Arsano Medical Group, with Provectus remaining the majority shareholder alongside Triglav. The new shareholder partnership brings together complementary expertise in healthcare, insurance and investment, creating a strong foundation for the Group’s next phase of growth.

Since Provectus’ investment in Polyclinic Aviva in 2021, Arsano Medical Group has grown from a single healthcare provider into Croatia’s leading private healthcare group, comprising seven polyclinics and specialty hospitals across multiple medical disciplines. During Provectus’ ownership, the Group expanded its revenues from €3 million to approximately €30 million and grew its team to more than 430 professionals through a combination of strategic acquisitions and organic growth.

The transaction represents another successful milestone in Provectus’ healthcare investment strategy and demonstrates the value of building scalable platforms through partnerships with outstanding medical professionals and management teams.
