PROSPERUS GROWTH FUND ACQUIRED NORD MOBIL

Prosperus Growth Fund, a private equity fund managed by PROSPERUS-INVEST, which is one of the leading Croatian fund management companies, acquired the majority shareholding stake in Nord Mobil – Mobile home producer, the Croatia’s largest manufacturer of mobile houses.

Nord Mobil has an impressive track record of manufacturing over 3000 mobile homes since 2013 and has significantly expanded its sales network across Croatia and neighboring countries. In particular, their mobile houses are widely used in the hospitality sector by some of the largest hospitality companies in Croatia and the region.

This strategic acquisition by Prosperus Growth Fund will further enhance and expand Nord Mobil’s market presence and sales network, facilitating their continued growth and success in the industry.
