NTL ACQUIRED TP VARAŽDIN d.o.o. (KITRO)

We are happy to share that we acted as a sale side legal advisor for the sole shareholder of TP VARAŽDIN d.o.o., in the recent sale of 97 retail and wholesale stores, known as KITRO, to NARODNI TRGOVAČKI LANAC d.o.o. (NTL).

TP VARAŽDIN d.o.o. and its branded stores, KITRO, have firmly established their presence in the northern part of Croatia. As a family-run business for decades, TP VARAŽDIN d.o.o. has a rich legacy and a strong connection with the local community.
