Mid Europa acquires Croatian leading bakery chain Mlinar

Mid Europa Partners, the leading private equity investor in Central and Eastern Europe, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Mlinar d.d., the leading bakery company in Croatia. The Fund has 4.2 billion euros in assets and Mlinar will be a large share of assets in the Mid Europe Fund, as it has an annual income of 600 million kuna, 2000 employees, 230 selling spots and wholesale in 19 countries worldwide.
