LEGALTECH CONFERENCE

In cooperation with the greatest experts in legal tech and law, the media house BUG for the third time in the row organized the LegalTech conference, where our associate Natalija Babić, LL.M. participated as a speaker.

Natalija held a presentation “Legal aspects of NFT (non-fungible tokens)” which is going deeper into addressing the legal issues around the latest trend in the crypto space – non-fungible tokens. NFT is a type of cryptocurrency asset wherein each token is unique and non-fungible. In its essence, it is a metadata representation that contains a link to a digital content. NFTs have recently gained significant public attention, but the public is less familiar that they come with a whole set of legal issues.

Crypto world is experiencing an unprecedented rise, generating more and more income, acquiring ever more attention and creating new legal issues. Technology law and artificial intelligence have already begun to transform the legal profession in many ways and we keep our eyes wide open on the latest trends in the technology in order to address the legal concerns in time.
