KONČAR-DIGITAL ACQUIRED NEOS

Congratulations to the renowned Croatian electrical concern KONČAR Group, and its subsidiary Končar-Digital, on successfully signing the share purchase agreement for acquisition of a majority stake in NEOS, one of Croatia’s leading IT companies.

Among Končar Group’s key achievements are strategic cooperation agreements with leading European companies RITTAL and PSI Software on projects for the digitalization of critical and urban infrastructure in Croatia and the region. The acquisition of Neos will further strengthen the Group’s position in business applications for the energy sector and bring valuable expertise in analytics systems and the development of cloud-native solutions.

Closing of the transaction and transfer of shares in Neos is subject to successful fulfilment of several conditions under the share purchase agreement, including obtaining merger clearances from the competent authorities.
