INVERA EQUITY PARTNERS INVESTS IN INTERAKTIVNA ZABAVA

A major step forward in the regional entertainment and leisure market as our Client Invera Equity Partners successfully completes its investment in Interaktivna Zabava, one of the leading Family Entertainment Center (FEC) operators in Croatia, famously known for its popular formats iGRANDiA & EVERFUN.

With this investment, Interaktivna Zabava is entering an exciting new growth phase. Backed by Invera Equity Partners’ strategic support, the company will strengthen its organization, broaden leadership capabilities and accelerate the rollout of new locations across the region.

This transaction represents the fifth and final platform investment of Invera Fund I, marking an important milestone for Invera Equity Partners as it completes its first fund and prepares to launch Invera Fund II, continuing its mission of supporting exceptional companies and driving their next stage of growth.
