HUMANITARIAN AID AND MEDICAL SUPPORT

In times of humanitarian crises like this, acts of compassion and generosity can make a huge difference. Many of us are watching from afar and wondering how we can help ordinary people whose homes, cities and lives are being destroyed before our eyes.

All members of National Caritas belonging to the Caritas Europe are in daily coordination with Caritas Ukraine, by monitoring the situation and developing plans for humanitarian aid. Croatian Caritas is at disposal with its human resources and experience in organizing the urgent delivery of needed humanitarian aid with a focus to increase the capacity of emergency aid requested by Caritas Ukraine.

We have supported Croatian Caritas in raising funds to support cooperation with Caritas Ukraine for the purchase of canned food, fruits and vegetables, spreads, energy bars, water, bandages, medical equipment, diapers and more. The shipment was consisted of 29 pallets of food products and 3 pallets of hygienic and sanitary materials, with a total weight of more than 20 tons. As in the past, we are in this together.
