Enterprise Investors via Studenac acquired Istarski Supermarketi and Sonik

Polish private equity fund managed by Enterprise Investors after acquiring 100% stake in Studenac additionally acquired Istarski Supermarketi and Sonik, each a fast-moving consumer goods retail chain operating around 100 stores in Istria and Dalmatia, Croatia.

Studenac is now the main retail chain on the Adriatic coast and holds the second largest number of stores in Croatia. Currently, the group has facilities on more than 500 locations and has around 3,350 employees.
