Enterprise Investors acquired majority stake in Pan-Pek

Polish private equity fund managed by Enterprise Investors, acquired a 65% stake in Croatian company Pan-Pek. Pan-Pek is one of the biggest producers of frozen bakery products in the Adriatic region, serving modern grocery retailers and EI is one of the largest private equity funds in Central and Eastern Europe which raised nine funds with total capital exceeding EUR 2.5 billion. With this partnership, co-owners are hoping to significantly expand Pan-Pek’s retail business.
