Enterprise Investors owner of Studenac

Polish private equity fund Enterprise Investors acquired 100% stake in Studenac, a network of neighborhood grocery stores operating in Croatia’s southernmost region, Dalmatia. Studenac was initially engaged in wholesale and with time business expanded to retailers. Today, retailing is the foundation of company’s business with a share of 95% of total revenue, and over time Studenac was established as one of the top 10 best retail chains in Croatia. Enterprise Investors will bring on board industry experts who will ensure a successful succession by working with Studenac’s existing management team.
