EBRD insolvency assessment

Senior Partner Boris Šavorić participated in the insolvency assessment, an initiative launched by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Legal Transition Team, in response to the Covid-19 economic crisis.

The EBRD’s Legal Transition Team has launched an assessment on business reorganisation tools and a survey on non-performing loans in all 38 economies where the EBRD is active, with aim to help country authorities to identify where further longer term legal reforms are needed and to encourage business continuity and survival in the difficult Covid-19 economic climate.
