Capital Increase and Restructuring of Petrokemija

INA and Prvo plinarsko društvo (PPD) signed a Capital Increase Agreement regarding Petrokemija with the Center for Restructuring and Sales (CERP) as a representative of the Republic of Croatia. Petrokemija is the largest regional producer of fertilizers and is listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The transaction was carried out via INA’s and PPD’s joint venture company Terra mineralna gnojiva d.d. (TMG).The companies paid 300 million for 30 million Petrokemija shares, whereby they became majority shareholders of Petrokemija d.d..
