CVC EXITS D-Marin

We are proud to have advised CVC throughout its investment in D-Marin, from the acquisition of D-Marin as part of CVC’s investment in selected Doğuş Group companies to the sale of CVC Capital Partners VII’s stake in D-Marin to InfraVia Capital Partners, a leading independent European private equity firm.

During CVC’s ownership, D-Marin was transformed into the leading premium marina operator in the EMEA region. Today, the company operates 28 premium marinas across nine countries, serving more than 50,000 customers annually with over 14,300 berths, including more than 1,000 dedicated superyacht berths, while setting new standards in digital innovation and customer experience.

As one of the most significant transactions in the European marina sector in recent years, this deal marks an important milestone for the continued development of marina infrastructure and nautical tourism across the Mediterranean.
