We are happy to announce that a transaction we advised on has been shortlisted for the 2023 CEE Deals of the Year!

Reflecting on this accomplishment, we are reminded of the journey that brought us here. Just last year, we were honoured to receive not one, but two CEE Deal of the Year awards, a testament to our commitment to excellence and leadership in our industry. We were awarded for SoftBank’s and Goldman Sachs’s investment in Rimac Group and for our work in the Allegro’s Acquisition of MallGroup and WeDo.
