BIOCHEM POLSKA ACQUIRED KVANTUM-TIM D.O.O.

Today, we are happy to share that we acted as a legal advisor to Biochem Polska, a Polish company specializing in the distribution of medical and pharmaceutical products, in 100% shareholding acquisition of Kvantum-tim d.o.o., one of the leading Croatian wholesale distributors operating in the same business.

With this acquisition, Biochem Polska is entering the Croatian market and acquiring a well-established business with a wide range of knowledge and expertise in pharmaceutical and medical products distribution.
