Atlantic Grupa and Magdis closed a successful acquisition of Neva

Magdis, a manufacturer of pharmaceutical and medical raw materials and products, and cosmetic line Biobaza, acquired Neva d.o.o. from Atlantic Group. Neva is the leading Croatian manufacturer of cosmetic and hygiene products, producing Plidenta dental paste, Rosal Lip Balm, Rosal and Melem cosmetics, and it was the first in Croatia to introduce an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management system. With this expansion, Magdis Group became the largest cosmetic manufacturer on the Croatian market and remains a strong competitor in the demanding market of natural cosmetics.
