ATLANTIC GRUPA ENSURES STABLE GROWTH

By issuing Bonds on the domestic capital market, Atlantic Grupa continued its practice of fostering the development of the domestic capital market, which has been developing since 2003, as well as its practice of improving own sources of financing.

According to media reports, on December 11, 2020, Atlantic Grupa successfully issued corporate bonds in the amount of HRK 300 million. The Bonds were issued on the domestic capital market and are listed on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange and are included in depository services, as well as clearing and settlement services, of the Central Depository & Clearing Company.

The press release states that the first day of Bond trading was December 15, 2020. The funds raised by this Bond issue will be used mostly to refinance existing bonds, while the remaining funds will be used for financing the working capital.
