ARBITRATION CROSS EXAMINATION TRAINING

Cross-Examination Training was organised by ICC Croatia Commission for Arbitration and ADR and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Our associates Nives Kolonić and Martin Hren were in the role of the Respondent’s legal counsel.

The mock cross-examination is a simulation of a court hearing in which participants analyse the expert witnesses’ reports and prepare for cross-examination. The aim of the training is to provide the opportunity to cross-examine an expert witness in a safe environment, in front of an experienced tribunal, and to then receive feedback from the tribunal members.
