JADRAN HOTELI d.o.o. ACQUIRED HOTEL BONAVIA

We are proud to share that we acted for a group of investors that very recently acquired Jadran Hoteli d.o.o. in the acquisition of yet another historic, four-star hotel located in the city centre of Rijeka, Hotel Bonavia, from PLAVA LAGUNA d.d., one of the largest hospitality companies in Croatia.

Through this strategic acquisition, the landmark hotels that are inseparable from Rijeka and its rich history are now united and we are sure that this is only the beginning of a story that will not only elevate but also redefine the standards of hospitality in Rijeka.
