Zvonimir Kuzmanić is a member of banking and finance, corporate and commercial law practice groups. He participates in due diligence, corporate actions and assists in drafting of transaction documents. Zvonimir also assists the team in various corporate and commercial matters, bankruptcy and commercial matters, including drafting legal opinions and conducting legal researches. Upon completing his studies, he received the Rector’s Award for excellence from the University of Split and achieved LL.M at Penn State University.
