Suzana’s practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law, with special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Her daily work includes participation in due diligence procedures, negotiations and drafting of complex agreements, legal research and providing legal opinions in various fields, as well as other corporate activities. Suzana also advised and represented local and international clients in civil, administrative, misdemeanour and other court and out-of-court proceedings.
During her education at the Faculty of Law, Suzana interned in respectable Croatian law firms, as well as volunteered at the Legal Aid Clinic. For her efforts during the legal studies, she was awarded both the Rector’s and Dean’s award.
