Marijan Živković advises international and Croatian clients in commercial law and corporate law and resolving complex corporate disputes, including representation in negotiations and court proceedings. His work includes drafting legal opinions, contracts, and transactional documentation in commercial law, corporate law and capital markets across a wide range of industries, including maritime and tourism, gaming, banking, shipbuilding, and construction. Marijan also participates in M&A transactions and investments in Croatia, from due diligence, drafting transaction documentation to closing. Marijan further has extensive experience in enforcement and insolvency law, public procurement, competition law and personal data protection. During his studies, he participated in a Moot Court competition, for which he was awarded the Rector’s Award.
