Boris has also advised top-notch international clients, multinational companies and Fortune 500 companies in high-end corporate and commercial law projects, cross-border transactions and capital markets. Boris Šavorić published several articles in legal journals and is often lecturing at legal conferences and the University of Law in Zagreb. Boris received a Certificate of Appreciation from the World Bank for his work and contribution to Investing Across Borders as well as from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as an author of various sections covering Croatian legal developments.
