Marija Žarak is a member of corporate and commercial law team, where she assists in preparing corporate, commercial and transaction documentation. She supports senior lawyers in advising clients on various corporate and commercial matters and contributes to legal research and the preparation of legal opinions. Marija is also involved in providing day-to-day legal support to clients. While studying, she was a member of the University of Zagreb Faculty of Law team competing in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court. The team achieved outstanding success, receiving an Honourable Mention for the Werner Melis Award for Best Memorandum for Respondent, ranking among the top 8% of teams worldwide. For this achievement, Marija received the Dean’s Award and the Chancellor’s Award from the University of Zagreb, and during her studies she was awarded multiple recognitions for academic achievement including the award for best graduate students.
