Fran Krsto Šavorić is a member of corporate and commercial law team. He assists in preparation of corporate, commercial and transaction documents and supports senior lawyers in advising clients on various matters. He is actively involved in legal research and drafting of legal analyses and opinions, and contributes to the firm’s day-to-day advisory work and client support. During his studies, Fran Krsto participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court, where his team received an Honourable Mention for the Werner Melis Award for Best Memorandum for Respondent, placing them among the top 8% of teams worldwide. For this achievement, he was also awarded the Dean’s Award and the Chancellor’s Award from the University of Zagreb.
