Boris Šavorić lectures at 9th Congress of law students titled „National and international aspects of business law”

Organized by association and magazine Lawyer, 9th Congress of law students titled „National and International aspects of business law” took place in Zagreb. The second day of the Congress started with a panel named „Mergers & Acquisitions – trends, role and consequences” where Boris Šavorić took part as a lecturer on mergers and acquisitions of companies.
