Dominik is primarily focused on commercial and corporate law matters and he regularly participates as a team member in domestic and cross-border projects and transactions, mostly related to mergers and acquisitions. His work consists of commercial, corporate and regulatory issues and assistance in drafting of transaction documentation and participating in due diligence procedures. Dominik is also involved in matters regarding arbitration, various aspects of civil law and enforcement of claims. He joined the team shortly after completing his studies, during which he was awarded with multiple rector’s awards.
